This study explores consumer preferences, purchasing behavior, and the factors influencing brand selection in the packaged drinking water industry. Additionally, it examines consumer satisfaction and areas where improvements can be made. The findings provide insights into the market demand and expectations of consumers, highlighting key areas for industry stakeholders to enhance their products and services
