THE IMPACT OF VIRTUAL REALITY (VR) ON SCIENCE EDUCATION: A COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW

Revolutionary changes in science education are taking place with the help of VR's completely immersive and interactive learning environments. The following literature review will describe how this innovative tool affects student engagement in learning topics, improves the comprehension of complex ideas, and acquires skills with regard to actual scientific inquiry through realistic and low-cost simulated scientific inquiry. VR saves motivation and enhances academic achievement, but it also faces its share of challenges, such as technical glitches, costs, and teacher training. Many case studies demonstrate how the use of VR can transform complex scientific concepts into more conceptual and interactive ones. In each of these cases, complete immersion of students into these environments calls for comprehensive support systems to ensure that learning is dynamic and effective.
