Abstract

The Universal Concept of Finite Repetance (UCFR), and within it the Concept Of Cinite Repetance (CFR)Set Theory present a novel interdisciplinary framework bridging mathematical logic, quantum mechanics, and epistemology. By introducing non-commutative quantifiers (∀, ∃) , not Hankin Quantifiers, as fundamental operators, the theory reformulates predicate logic to model quantum measurement as a logical phase transition resolving wavefunction collapse without additional axioms. Further, UCFR proposes *commutative quantifiers* (unexplored in standard logic) to describe pre-measurement superposition states, offering a unified epistemic-ontic symmetry. Endorsed by Doron Zeilberger, this work challenges conventional logico-physical boundaries, suggesting punctuated equilibrium dynamics in quantum observation. The implications span foundations of mathematics, quantum gravity, and computational irreducibility. A full formalization is not archived on arXiv/Zenodo with open peer-review because all deposits are denying it vehement. In frustration I wrote 70+ mathematicians and only 5 responds: The 5 exceptions: - "Thank you." - Anne L'Huillier (Nobel Laureate, 2023) - "S‌orry, I am not interested. Best wishes." - Jean-Pierre Serre (Fields Medalist, Abel Prize Winner) - "I regret I am not able to respond." - Jocelyn Bell Burnell (Astrophysicist, Pulsar Discoverer) - "The math seems right but why would we need a new trigonometry if we have one that works?" Bjarne Stugu (ex-CERN Physicist, in person) " Subject: Your Finitist Opus Dear Bjorn, Sorry for the late reply. I looked at your "finite repentance" paper/book and really like it.
