The Dharmic Equity and Autonomy Act (DEAA): A Comprehensive Framework for Addressing Systemic Disparities and Empowering Hindu Communities in India

This research paper presents a detailed analysis of the systemic disparities faced by general category Hindu citizens in India and proposes the Dharmic Equity and Autonomy Act (DEAA) as a comprehensive legislative solution. Through extensive examination of current policies, financial data, and institutional frameworks, this paper demonstrates how existing systems have inadvertently created inequitable conditions for Hindu communities, particularly those in the general category. The proposed DEAA framework addresses these disparities through six key pillars: economic empowerment, institutional representation, temple autonomy, equitable reservation reforms, community security networks, and global advocacy. This paper provides detailed implementation strategies, financial projections, constitutional compliance frameworks, and expected outcomes to support the immediate consideration and adoption of this critical legislation.
