Chrysalis: decoding tissue compartments in spatial transcriptomics with archetypal analysis
This repository contains data generated for the following study: Chrysalis: decoding tissue compartments in spatial transcriptomics with archetypal analysisDemeter Túrós, Jelica Vasiljevic, Kerstin Hahn, Sven Rottenberg and Alberto Valdeolivas The ZIP file includes all generated and analyzed datasets, intermediary files, results of cell type deconvolution, marker gene sets, single-cell labels, reference data, and expert annotations. Some of these files are necessary for running the scripts and notebooks available in the Chrysalis GitHub repository.
