Thermodeter Based On Si Doped With Mn , S And Se Impurities
At present, the development of science and technology, technical means of resource conservation, rational use of fuel and energy resources, as well as the successful solution of environmental problems are difficult to imagine without the use of semiconductor temperature sensors. Existing temperature sensors and the technology of their manufacture have practically exhausted their capabilities in terms of sensitivity and speed of response. In this regard, scientists and developers are now faced with the following scientific problems: increasing the sensitivity and speed of temperature sensors; increasing the service life of temperature sensors; simplifying the process of operating temperature sensors; remote temperature measurement.
