VESSELSEED_ A Resonance-Based Framework for Reclaiming Earth's Biological Intelligence
CODES Framework Description: This paper introduces VESSELSEED, a resonance-based soil intelligence framework designed to detect, diagnose, and reverse synthetic coherence loss in Earth’s biological substrate. New findings from global soil studies confirm that microplastics are not just pollutants—they are resonance disruptors, interfering with the phase-locked memory loops of worms, fungi, and microbial systems. VESSELSEED uses PAS_n (Phase Alignment Score) metrics to map vibrational degradation and applies bio-entrained pulses to restore ecological feedback coherence. This work connects biofield sensing, structured resonance, and cognitive ecology into a new substrate diagnostic protocol. Building on the Resonance Intelligence Core (RIC) and the CODES Intelligence framework, this paper advances the thesis that soil is not inert matter, but a cognitive substrate—and that remediation must address not just materials, but memory. VESSELSEED represents a first step toward re-establishing biospheric phase integrity through non-probabilistic, resonance-aligned remediation.
