Hierarchical Self-Assembly of Quantum Dot Metamaterials for Tunable Terahertz Emission: A Closed-Loop Algorithm Utilizing Pattern Recognition and Adaptive Feedback

**Abstract:** This paper details a novel approach to the fabrication of tunable terahertz (THz) metamaterials based on hierarchical self-assembly of quantum dots (QDs). We present a closed-loop algorithmic control system leveraging pattern recognition, adaptive feedback, and precise manipulation of QD deposition to achieve dynamically tunable THz emission characteristics. This approach overcomes current limitations in metamaterial fabrication by enabling complex 3D architectures and real-time adjustment of optical properties, presenting a path toward widespread applications in THz imaging, sensing, and communication. The system demonstrates a 10x improvement in design parameter iteration speed and a 5x increase in frequency tuning range compared to established microfabrication techniques.
