PREVENTIVE DRINKS BASED ON DEER ANTLER POWDERS

Abstract It is known that deer antlers are a recognized raw material for obtaining medicines and the only complex of animal origin in the world that has a powerful preventive, healing effect. Research scientists based on deer antlers have developed various products for consumption in food. However, the nutrient composition of the velvet antlers of deer has received only limited attention as a potential bioactive resource. It is worth paying attention to in-depth scientific research of unique compounds, antlers of domestic deer for the development of new high-quality safe products for human health. This article presents the results of a literature review on the development of drinks based on deer antlers.
