Paper 46: Gauge Fields from Coherence Symmetries in a Discrete Rotating Lattice
This paper presents a transport-based explanation of gauge structure within Holosphere Theory. Instead of beginning with symmetry principles and imposing local invariance, the model starts from a discrete lattice of rotating units called Holospheres. Each site carries internal rotational structure, and transport between neighboring sites is allowed only when phase mismatch remains within an admissible threshold. Gauge behavior emerges from the bookkeeping required to preserve coherence under local re-description of internal phase conventions. Link corrections serve as transport adjustments, and curvature is defined operationally as failure of loop closure around lattice plaquettes. In the long-wavelength limit, these discrete link and loop objects reproduce the familiar connection and field-strength structure of Yang–Mills theory. Non-Abelian self-interaction arises structurally from non-commuting link composition rather than being postulated. Charge-like conservation is identified with winding or holonomy classes of loop transport, which remain invariant under smooth sub-threshold evolution. The framework includes explicit falsifiers based on discrete implementation: ordering dependence of non-commuting transport, curvature-energy minimization yielding Yang–Mills-like evolution, and invariance of winding numbers under admissible updates. Gauge structure is therefore reformulated as a transport-and-closure phenomenon of a discrete rotating substrate rather than as a symmetry principle assumed a priori.
