Environmental Responsibility for Institutions in Adopting Green Technological Innovation: A Study of Electronics Manufacturing Company in Algeria

Abstract: This study examines the impact of environmental responsibility on green technological innovation in electronics manufacturing companies, using IRIS Company in Algeria as a case study. A total of 80 questionnaires were distributed, and 77 were analysed statistically using R software. The results revealed a moderate and statistically significant correlation between environmental responsibility and green technological innovation. However, no significant impact was found from environmental commitment and energy/resource management on innovation. In contrast, stakeholder relationship management showed a significant effect. The study indicates that a 1-unit increase in environmental responsibility correlates with a 0.361 increase in green technological innovation. Keywords: Environmental Responsibility, Green Technological Innovation, Environmental Commitment, Energy/Resource Management, Stakeholder Relationship Management JEL Classification Number: M14, O31, O32
