Observer Synchronization Index (OSI): Quantifying Cognitive Coherence in Quantum Rendering Events

This paper introduces the Observer Synchronization Index (OSI), a novel metric under Rendered Frame Theory (RFT) designed to quantify perceptual coherence and cognitive alignment during quantum rendering events. OSI emerges as a critical variable in the “Speed of Sight” framework, directly linking EEG-measurable brain states with wavefunction collapse behavior in double-slit experiments. This work challenges ΛCDM’s reliance on objective, device-triggered quantum measurement by asserting that collapse is observer-rendered and dependent on real-time neural harmonics. The OSI protocol includes detailed EEG configurations, phase-locking metrics, and threshold predictions for interference visibility (V), providing a testable alternative to Copenhagen collapse and a bold step toward simulation-conscious cosmology.
