THE ROLE OF MORAL CORRECTION OF CONVICTED PERSONS IN THE EXPERIENCE OF ADVANCED FOREIGN COUNTRIES

In recent years, a number of measures have been taken to improve the penitentiary system. In particular, comprehensive measures were implemented to involve convicts in productive labor and unconditionally observe their labor rights, respect their honor and dignity, eliminate corruption and abuse of official authority in this area, and strengthen the material and technical base of penitentiary institutions.
