D5.2. Plan for Communication, Dissemination and Outreach (PCDO) V2

This document is a deliverable of the Mission Ocean & Waters SHORE Project, funded under the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme under the grant agreement No 101112815. SHORE is part of the EU Mission “Restore our Oceans & Waters by 2030”. This deliverable is the updated version of the Plan for Communication, Dissemination and Outreach (PCDO) as part of Work Package 5 on Communication, Dissemination, and Outreach. It provides the SHORE partners with guidelines on the different communication, dissemination and outreach activities that are planned throughout the project, their schedule, and the partners’ responsibilities. More specifically, the PCDO: proposes a communication and dissemination policy and defines the objectives of the actions; identifies the target audiences of the project; lists the communication and dissemination channels to be used for project promotion; presents a schedule of the communication, dissemination, and outreach activities throughout the project duration; identifies relevant stakeholders and presents the project’s strategy for engagement, clustering, and networking; presents the awareness-raising campaigns that will be implemented by the project; defines and monitors a series of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of the implementation. The document is drafted by Euronovia (WP5 leader) and Crowdhelix (leader of the stakeholders engagement and clustering activities), with inputs from all partners. A final report on the project communication, dissemination, and outreach activities (D5.5) is planned by the end of the project.
