The Role of Information Technologies in Medical Education: an Analysis of Experience in Ukraine

The methodology of this research is the study of the influence of information technologies in medical education in Ukraine. Thus, the article includes the definition of prospects and limitations in the development of information technology in medical education, the analysis of the impact of information technology on the educational process, and the identification of ways to overcome possible difficulties in the formation of the most effective information technology system in Ukraine. It was also noted that the use of interactive technologies in the educational process has many valuable consequences for students. Students learn to analyze information, absorb material creatively, formulate and express their own ideas, justify their opinions, and participate in discussions.
