Экономика и предпринимательство

The relevance of this work is predetermined by the high degree of uncertainty in the development of most of hybrid economic systems. Many states whose economies operate according to such a model propose to expand the scale of intervention in the economic system in order to achieve market balance. In our study, we will consider increasing the probability of their survival as the main goal of the activity of economic systems. The basis of the methodology we use is to test the performance of the previously formed probabilistic model of hybrid economies in conditions of very large uncertainties using digital experiments. To take into account the huge random fluctuations in the dynamic development of the simulated hybrid economic system and the expected large estimation errors, the authors believe it is advisable to use a competition scheme for two almost identical countries that differ in four factors: nonlinearity of redistribution; level of random estimation errors; endowment with natural resources; state share in the capital of the system. The results obtained made it possible to establish that the coefficients determining the contribution of each of the fundamental parameters to the change in the probability of survival of hybrid economic systems depend on the change in these parameters over time, correlated with each other, through Leontief matrices. Using the theory of probabilistic uncertainty and visualization of the results of digital experiments, the authors demonstrated the possibility of analyzing stabilizing effects under conditions of very large uncertainties in two directions: increasing the state's share in the capital of a hybrid economic system and averaging by the state as an agent of exchange transactions of market value estimates over time and for all agents of the system. The fundamental possibility of stabilizing the growth of hybrid economies using these effects was established, as well as the ability of the model to test other options for optimizing management under conditions of large uncertainty proposed by practitioners.
