ESG risks are a new challenge for the banking sector. The article discusses tools to minimize them: from integration into the credit process to adaptation to international standards. The emphasis is on practical steps: employee training, transparent reporting and “green” products. The experience of the EU and Uzbekistan shows that ignoring ESG leads to loss of investors and fines.
