TRIPLE WIN (Scientific note)

TRIPLE WIN: A Dynamic Work-Time Management Model This scientific note presents the TRIPLE WIN framework, an innovative organizational model designed to address structural inefficiencies in contemporary labor systems, exacerbated by the COVID-19 crisis. Combining flexible 4×6-hour work shifts, external peer partnerships (binômes externes), and a guaranteed flat wage (salaire forfaitaire), the model targets three pillars: Economic efficiency: 62% reduction in absenteeism (saving €66.9B/year in France) and +5% productivity (€140B/year added value). Worker well-being: 22% decrease in musculoskeletal disorders (per OIT) and improved mental health (Eurofound 2023). Public sustainability: €4.4B/year savings in social security costs through preventive mechanisms. The study draws on empirical data from French sectors (healthcare, logistics, hospitality) and comparative European models (Sweden, Germany). Abstract
