A Codificational Framework for Neutrino Physics and Beyond: Entropy-Driven Unification. The End of Quantum Speculation in Fundamental Physics

This revised version (v2) of the paper is being published in order to correct a number of errata present in the initial release. These corrections pertain to both typographical and formatting inconsistencies that, while not altering the core arguments or conclusions of the work, are essential for clarity, precision, and academic rigor. No substantial changes have been made to the theoretical content, but this updated version ensures the integrity and readability of the text. This work presents the Codificational Structural Theory (CST), a fully deterministic, axiomatic reformulation of fundamental physics that eliminates quantum fields, probabilistic axioms, and gauge symmetries. CST introduces a codificational field \rho: \mathcal{M}_4 \to \mathbb{R}^+ defined on a 4-dimensional pseudo-Riemannian manifold \mathcal{M}_4, governed by a variational principle minimizing a universal action: \mathcal{A}[\rho] = \int_{\mathcal{M}_4} \left( \alpha \|\nabla^2 \rho\|^2 + \beta \rho \ln \rho \right) \, d^4x. Neutrinos emerge as entropy-minimizing, curvature-stable solutions of this action, with masses derived from geometric curvature (m[\rho] = \int |\Delta \rho|), and oscillations as transitions between entropy-degenerate spectral modes. Detections are modeled as entropic collapses \rho \to \delta_{x_0}, replacing quantum measurement theory with geometric bifurcations. The theory is demonstrated by Coq implementations, ensuring mathematical rigor, and aligns with experimental data from Super-Kamiokande, DUNE, KamLAND, IceCube, and Planck. Unlike Standard Model approaches requiring 19+ adjustable parameters and speculative constructs, CST reduces the foundations of physics to geometric evolution under entropy and curvature balance. Conjecture: Any empirically consistent field theory that predicts neutrino oscillations, mass splitting, and detection rates must, up to isomorphism, be reducible to a codificational variational principle over a 4-manifold. Quantum field theory is thus an effective limit of CST under probabilistic coarse-graining. This result positions CST as a complete and deterministic alternative to QFT, with implications for unification, cosmology, and the future of theoretical physics. It invalidates the current research trajectory driven by speculative quantum frameworks and multibillion-dollar field-based infrastructures.
