Envejecimiento productivo: Una propuesta desde La Magna (Universitat dels Majors)

The fundamental role of productivity in the evolution of a society's well-being has been amply justified. Unfortunately, the last ten years have seen a worrying slowdown, and even a decline, in productivity growth rates in the most developed countries. This situation calls for the implementation of policies to reverse this productivity decline. At the same time, these same societies are experiencing another worrying phenomenon: the aging of their populations. The objective of this presentation is to present what we consider a local, active, and effective contribution to recovering as much of the productivity as possible that can be attributed to the older population9.
