INFLUENCE OF OVERWORKFORCE ON THE TRAINING OF AUTOMOTIVE MECHANICS APPRENTICES
Abstract: For effective training in technical fields, it is necessary to individualize the teaching process for better support of learners and quality learning. To do this, the supervisor who is the teacher must have under his guidance a non-overflowing workforce as provided for in the legal texts to enable him to achieve the objectives he assigns to his lessons in the time allotted to each of the didactic sessions he has with his students. Technical education being more based on know-how and know-how-to-do beyond knowing how to be, in this work, we show the need to respect the number of students in a class and the consequences that result from it. Keywords: Educational supervision, overflowing workforce, student.
