EARLY INSTRUMENTAL PREDICTORS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF CARDIORENAL SYNDROME IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE OF VARIOUS ETIOLOGIES
Cardiovascular diseases and kidney diseases are widespread among the world's population, often coexisting and increasing the risk of death, increasing the risk of complications. From a pathophysiological point of view, cardiorenal syndrome (CRS) is considered a simultaneous violation of the function of the heart and kidneys, which leads to an increase in the failure of both organs. In our study, we evaluated the prognostic significance of the markers left ventricular volume and the ratio of transmitral early blood flow velocity to mitral annulus early diastolic velocity (E/e') on echocardiography as early predictors of renocardial syndrome in patients with preclinical chronic heart failure developed on the basis of chronic kidney disease.
