CLIMATE CHANGE AND ITS IMPACT ON HUMAN WELL-BEING

Climate change significantly affects human health and well-being, particularly for weather-sensitive individuals, or meteopaths. This article examines the mechanisms through which climatic factors, such as temperature fluctuations, humidity, atmospheric pressure changes, and extreme weather events, impact physical and mental health. It analyzes research findings that demonstrate the link between climate change and intensified meteopathic reactions, including headaches, joint pain, sleep disturbances, and psychological discomfort. Special attention is given to vulnerable populations, adaptation measures, and the role of international organizations in addressing this issue. The article concludes by emphasizing the need for interdisciplinary research to develop effective mitigation strategies.
