Material examined (NHMUK) Holotype: 1♀, Brunei, Bukit Sulang, nr. Lamunin. NE Stork, No. NHMUK101639288. Paratypes: 1♀, same data as holotype except No. NHMUK101639267; 1♂, Malaysia, Sabah, CH Sim, 16 November 1987, host: pupa/parasite of mango bark eating borer, No. NHMUK101639286; 1♂, Indonesia, Sulawesi, Toraut (1180 m), JS Noyes, 14 April–14May 1985, No. NHMUK101639281. Distribution BRUNEI; INDONESIA: Sulawesi. Etymology The specific name ‘ bulbosa ’ derives from the Latin, referring to the bulb-like distinctly projecting eyes. Remarks This species is similar to C. crenulator Ranjith and van Achterberg, 2019, but differs in the following characters: scutellar sulcus not crenulated (distinctly crenulated in C. crenulator); temple markedly constricted and short (less constricted and longer in C. crenulator); and vein 1-R1 less than half length of pterostigma (1-R1 distinct longer than half length of pterostigma in C. crenulator).
