The Wind Chime Observer Array: Full-Range Acoustic-Fractal Detection of Coherence in the Unified Theory of Observation
The Wind Chime Observer Array is a novel experimental apparatus designed todetect coherence signals predicted by the Unified Theory of Observation (UTO), whichmodels reality as emerging from observer interactions with a probabilistic data sub-strate ψn(x). The array features a full range of acoustically scaled chimes at 360 an-gular positions, translating wind-driven resonances into a coherence function C(θ, t).Predicted signatures include a 10-3 Hz modulation arising from substrate-observer cou-pling. Acoustic outputs are converted into fractal visualizations to depict multi-scaleresonance dynamics, while EEG data from observers monitor neural coherence effects. This work proposes a falsifiable, replicable platform to test the UTO’s Coherence-Consciousness-Locality (CCL) principle, bridging physics, neuroscience, and acousticdesign.
