MS1 Guidelines for national and European KE plans & meetings

The aim of the Guidelines for national and European KE plans & meetings is to support the TLs, NCs and CFAs in setting up and running their own networks, planning their knowledge exchange activities at national and EU level and preparing their KE plans, taking into account the specific requirements of the CFD project. To give the reader a complete understanding, the guide starts with a brief description of the project and the purpose and use of the guide. To understand the role of the various stakeholders involved in the project, the guide introduces the purpose, structure, and members of the National Networks. We also present the KE at national and European level, including the main types of KE activities used in the project and offer a short methodological guide for their successful implementation. There is a comprehensive description of the organisation of annual national meetings and specific information on the first national meeting. The document also includes templates to support the effective work of different stakeholders in planning, organizing and evaluating annual national meetings and in developing a national network plan. The recommendations contained here can of course be adapted by each project partner to their own country, taking into account local circumstances and incorporating their own experiences.
