Phenotypic heterogeneity defines B-cell responses to repeated SARS-CoV-2 exposures through vaccination and infection
R code and datasets to generate the figures 7 and S7, RBC-reactive clusters correlate with neutralizing antibody titers at concurrent and non-concurrent timepoints and strongest in the absence of prior infection. The code covers the dataset preprocessing and heatmap plottings showing correlation, p_value, and FDR values, as well as positive ID50 and/or ID80. Statistics by Spearman rank correlation and corrected for multiple testing. Please note that TI01 and TI02 in codes and data files refer to D14 and D28 post-infection respectively in the manuscript.
