Agricultural Innovation in the Inca Empire: A Sustainable Approach to Food Production

This is a research essay on how the Inca Empire was environmentally harmonious land usage, soil erosion prevention, and water resource management may help contemporary agriculture adapt to climate change. By studying the Inca Empire's agricultural accomplishments, we learn how ancient civilizations adapted to their circumstances, used natural resources effectively, and sustained agriculture for millennia. This understanding affects global food production systems as we face land degradation, climate change, and sustainable farming. They were an agricultural empire, rather than military; focussed bassically on how to feed its people, since the labour factor was largely the most critical for the survival of the Inca's society.
