Biogenesis of antibacterial copper oxide nanoparticles synthesized from Bacillus stratosphericus BSM1 isolated from Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu
Antimicrobial resistance has become a global challenge for the medical and research community. This study aims to investigate the antibacterial efficacy of biogenically synthesized copper nanoparticles (CuO NPs) derived from marine bacteria isolated from Mahabalipuram water resource, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Four distinct bacterial isolates were identified, encompassing Bacillus stratosphericus (BSM1) exhibiting the most promising antibacterial properties.
