Comparative Haemodynamic and Clinical Outcomes of Etomidate versus Ketamine in Rapid Sequence Intubation: A Cross-Sectional Study in a Tertiary Emergency Department
In emergency airway management, the choice of induction agent can significantly affect cardiovascular stability. Etomidate is widely recognized for it’s minimal impact on blood pressure, while ketamine , due to its sympathomimetic properties , increase heart rate and blood pressure.
