Is It The Society Or The Family That Digitalizes The Child?
The COVID-19 epidemic has markedly accelerated the use of digital technologies in the shift towards a digital education system. The first segment of the research investigated the influence of digital media on our lives. The second segment of the pertinent research elucidated the impacts of alterations in family function and structure, lifestyle, and modernization in the post-digital era on children. The final segment of the research assessed the impact of digitalization on society by contrasting traditional childhood culture with contemporary childhood culture. The last section of the pertinent research examined the impact of digitalization, particularly concerning children, on child development. Research indicates that when a newborn initially perceives the world, the family significantly influences the development of the child's personality characteristics. The parent-child connection significantly influences the development of these features (maternal involvement in professional life, heightened consumerism, and extensive urbanization).
