Analysis of the Effectiveness of Managing the Provision of Administrative Services in the City of Kyiv

The article analyzes the effectiveness of managing administrative service delivery processes in the city of Kyiv in the context of urbanization and digital transformation. It emphasizes the importance of process automation and improvements in service accessibility, transparency, and quality. The study outlines key factors affecting management efficiency, including the application of ISO quality standards. An analysis of the activities of Administrative Service Centers (ASCs) is conducted, along with the evaluation of survey results among Kyiv residents to assess satisfaction levels. The collected data help identify critical shortcomings in management, such as request processing time, transparency issues, and interaction with personnel. Specific recommendations are proposed to improve the management of administrative services in Kyiv. Practical recommendations are offered to enhance managerial decisions aimed at increasing performance and public trust in local self-government authorities.
