Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management: Transforming Recruitment and Employee Engagement

Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an increasingly significant tool in Human Resource Management (HRM), particularly in transforming recruitment processes and employee engagement strategies. This research investigates the impact of AI in HRM, focusing on how AI-driven technologies facilitate efficient recruitment and enhance employee engagement. A sample of 300 respondents was analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative research methods to understand the multifaceted effects of AI in the HR sector. The study reveals that AI streamlines the recruitment process by automating resume screening, reducing biases, and improving candidate matching. Furthermore, AI-driven engagement tools offer personalized experiences, thereby boosting employee satisfaction and retention. The research suggests that while AI presents numerous benefits in HRM, challenges related to data privacy and ethical considerations must be addressed for sustainable implementation. The study concludes with recommendations for HR professionals on leveraging AI to optimize their recruitment and engagement processes effectively. Keywords: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Human Resource Management (HRM), AI in HR, Employee Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Employee Retention
