A Geographical Study to Suggest Various Remedial Schemes for Modern Farming to Farmers in Solapur District

Abstract :- Agriculture is the primary occupation of humans and the main and major occupation of the majority of humans in the world. Livelihood of many people is directly and indirectly dependent on agriculture. Apart from Asia, people from other continents are involved in Suddha farming. Agriculture provides food to humans. Moreover, many industries are seen to be dependent on raw materials obtained from agriculture. If we look at the history of agriculture, we mainly see that agriculture has been going on for many years. As the population of the world increased and so did human development. Agriculture has developed a lot in the world today. Earlier agriculture was not important but now in modern times agriculture has gained unique importance. But agriculture is being affected by increasing population, increasing industry, and various types of pollution. But with increasing population, there has been progress in agriculture based industries and other industries related to agriculture. A large amount of economic development is due to agriculture. It is mainly seen that economic development is taking place in some areas. Agriculture is the main occupation in Solapur district. Apart from agriculture, other human beings are also involved in other occupations. Agricultural land in any region of the Earth's surface depends on the various factors available at that location. For example natural factors, social factors, cultural factors, economic factors, political factors etc. Due to these factors, both adverse and favorable factors affect agricultural development.
