INTERNATIONAL TOURISM TERMS IN THE TERMINOLOGICAL SYSTEM OF THE AZERBAIJANI LANGUAGE

Abstract: The article examines the issues of analysis of international tourism terms used in the Azerbaijani language. Since the tourism sector has spread globally in modern times, international terms occupy a significant place in its terminology base.The enrichment of tourism terminology occurs due to the acquisition of international tourism concepts and terms, and along with tourism, tourism terminology also changes, develops, and the terminology fund is enriched with new terms.The international terms included in this fund differ etymologically. Analyses indicate that the majority of these terms in the Azerbaijani tourism terminology are of Latin, Greek, English and French origin.
