Business Digital: Web-Based Information System Development of Panel Music Studio

This research aims to discuss the design of a website-based information system for a music studio business, Panel Music Studio. The background of this research is directed towards enhancing the quality of the booking process service at Panel Music Studio, accommodating the business needs in offering studio services and equipment management, as well as improving consumer experience. Thus, the business can gain a competitive advantage over competitors. SWOT analysis is conducted to determine the appropriate business strategy in the development of the information system. This research also emphasizes the use of UML diagrams for system modelling and UI/UX design to provide a user-friendly interface perception, considering the business needs of Panel Music Studio.
