Energy-Based Determination of Critical Velocity: A Quantum-Classical Transition Model

This thesis introduces a novel approach to the quantum-classical transition by calculating the critical velocity at which quantum coherence collapses into classical behavior. Unlike previous models, which often relied on arbitrary parameters, this work derives the critical velocity based on the particle’s kinetic energy compared to a quantum energy scale. The ratio of these energies defines the dimensionless parameter α\alphaα, which is then used to calculate the Arrabal Critical Velocity. This energy-based model provides a more physically grounded understanding of how quantum systems transition to classical states, with applications in quantum computing, cosmology, and high-energy physics. Experimental validation at CERN using the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) is proposed to test this theory.
