Giving into Teachership and Leadership: An Entangled Powertrain

Learning is a mutual dance between an instructor’s ability to lead and a pupil’s ability to follow. A teacher who knows his subject and can communicate effectively to connect with a student emotionally is the right person for this profession. Likewise, students must enter the learning process with humility, trust, and curiosity, knowing and appreciating the teacher's wisdom. Acceptance of imperfection prevents setbacks from hindering growth. When trust meets an expectation of effort, education becomes something different from a transactional activity, and transformation occurs for both teacher and student.
