Triad of linkages: Corporate Governance Indicators -ESG - сost of сapital and сapital structureAbstract. The article argues with justification and empirically confirms for Russian companies,that (1) non-financial factors of corporate governance, such as ownership concentration and boardstructure, improve ESG, (2) ESG improvement promotes a decrease in the cost of capital and anincrease in leverage.
