This article is devoted to the legal regulation of the work of workers under the age of 18. The article discusses some benefits and guarantees, standards of labor rights of underaged workers provided for by the labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author considers some mechanisms for ensuring the labor rights of persons under the age of 18.
