Quelles approches andragogiques et didactiques pour l’université de demain?

The student is evolving into a binary perspective now: best case scenario, a multifaceted future employee; worst case scenario, a chômeur immersed in social relegation. In order to establish a system of education that ensures a good fit between knowledge, knowledge being, and knowledge-making and is able to address the many issues and challenges of the socio-economic world, the dynamic national needs a true opening of the university to the socio-economic world. Having a strong academic background is important, but employers nowadays also value students who can sell themselves, so it's critical to develop knowledge that will be relevant to future job requirements. In order to improve the professional integration of young graduates, we propose through our contribution to examine whether current academic curricula are appropriate for the demands of future professions. We also shed light on the importance of higher education to businesses and the labor market.
