Australia’s State of the Forests Report: Synthesis 2023 presents a summary of data published online in 25 recently updated indicators (including 16 indicators released at the same time as the Synthesis 2023), and data from Australia’s State of the Forests Report 2018 for 19 indicators to be updated in 2025. The topics reported in the 16 latest indicators include biodiversity, production forests, wood and non-wood forest products, forest health, forest fire, carbon, Indigenous forest management, forest-related investment, and research and development.
