Mahila Samman Savings Certificate

This report aims to provide a study of the Mahila Samman Savings Certificate Scheme and analyze it based on its beneficiary effect and the challenges and gaps identified during its implementation. The aim of this study is to observe how many women has opened the account under this scheme and got the benefits out of the scheme and to observe how far the scheme has reached throughout the country and whether the basic objective of the scheme that is providing financial independence to girls and woman of all ages especially to the rural people has been achieved or not. This research report is done based on secondary studies and data using various articles, news reports, websites and other such sources based on the scheme have been assessed for the purpose of this study.
