Probing Effective HZ$\gamma$ Couplings via H$\gamma$ Production at FCC-ee
This work investigates the $H\gamma$ final state in $\sqrt{s}=240 GeV$ collisions at the FCC-ee, housing an electron-positron collider. The utilized event reconstruction is based on IDEA, a detector concept study for FCC-ee The final state in question relies on loop-based production and provides insight in the effective $H\gamma\gamma$ and $H\gamma Z$ coupling. Based on the recoil mass method, the analysis comprises both, an inclusive as well as an exclusive study of the $\mathrm{H}\rightarrow b\bar{b}$ channel. The final measurement precision is evaluated by a cut & count analysis in comparison with a likelihood fit on the photon recoil mass. The inclusive measurement results in an expected precision of 228% (cut & count) and 234% (likelihood fit). The exclusive study yields a precision of 156% and 149%, respectively. Compatible results are found for each evaluated selection.
