Abstract

The\nrise of big data and the internet of things has driven the\ndemand for multimodal sensing and high-efficiency low-latency processing.\nInspired by the human sensory system, we present a multifunctional\noptoelectronic-memristor-based reservoir computing (OM-RC) system\nby utilizing a CuSCN/PbS quantum dots (QDs) heterojunction. The OM-RC\nsystem exhibits volatile and nonlinear responses to electrical signals\nand wide-spectrum optical stimuli covering ultraviolet, visible, and\nnear-infrared (NIR) regions, enabling multitask processing of dynamic\nsignals. The OM-RC system accurately performs health monitoring through\ndynamic electroencephalogram and electrocardiogram signal analysis\nand achieves object and traffic trajectory recognition for intelligent\ndriving under challenging conditions like foggy environments. By collaboratively\nusing the NIR perception and trajectory recognition, we develop a\nhuman–computer interaction authentication system that integrates\nfinger veins and motion behaviors of humans, significantly enhancing\nthe security of traditional fingerprint anticounterfeiting systems.\nThis work demonstrates the potential of QD-based optoelectronic-memristor\nfor multitask in-sensor processing applications.
