Photoconductivity of graphene with titanium nanoparticles

\nTo date, the use of graphene in photodetecting devices has attracted great attention, since due to the absence of a band gap and the linear law of dispersion of free charge carriers, graphene has a wide range of photon registration and fast response time. However, due to the low amount of incident light absorption by graphene, the efficiency of graphene devices is limited, so improving the efficiency of light absorption remains one of the key tasks. In this paper, we present a method for enhancing the photoresponsivity and external quantum efficiency of graphene based on modification of the graphene surface by highly lightabsorbing titanium nanoparticles by magnetron sputtering.\n
