Nickel-Catalyzed\nNarasaka–Heck Cyclization\nCarbonylation of Unsaturated Oxime Esters with Arylboronic Acids
The Narasaka–Heck reaction is one of the most\nstraightforward\nmethods for constructing pyrroline derivatives. Herein, we report\na novel nickel-catalyzed three-component carbonylation reaction, which\ncleverly realizes the continuous construction of C(sp3)–N\nbonds and C(sp3)–C(sp2) bonds and effectively\npromotes the synthesis of acyl-substituted pyrroline derivatives.\nFurthermore, this strategy not only expands the conversion pathway\nof γ,δ-unsaturated oxime esters but also provides a new\nmethod for the synthesis of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds.
