Chemical\nsynthesis plays a crucial role in confirming\nand revising\nthe structures of natural products. Through meticulous synthetic efforts,\nNMR spectroscopic and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses, DFT\ncalculations, and mass spectrometric investigations, we revised the\nstructure of securingine E. The revised structure of securingine E\nwas unambiguously confirmed by its chemical synthesis.
