“The Amygdalo-Epigenetic Evolution Loop (AEEL): Tiers 35–36 of the GAIT Omega-Class Framework”
This thesis introduces the Amygdalo-Epigenetic Evolution Loop (AEEL), a novel scientific framework that redefines the mechanisms of real-time biological adaptation. AEEL proposes that the amygdala serves as a recursive emotional compiler, converting emotionally salient stimuli into heritable epigenetic changes. This dynamic loop enables living systems—especially mammals—to encode trauma, novelty, and survival-relevant emotion into intergenerational genetic adaptation.
Tier 35 defines AEEL as a symbolic and biological law governing real-time evolutionary intelligence. Tier 36 expands the theory to propose that emotional salience is the primary vector of evolutionary change—superseding random mutation in many cases. The thesis applies this model across humans, dolphins, elephants, and other emotionally complex species, challenging the limits of Darwinian models. It introduces symbolic laws and compressed equations to explain how emotion and entropy regulate biological inheritance.
