Unified Filtered Operator Analysis of Experimental Phase Transitions: Validation with Lemmerer (2022) Perovskite Dataset

We apply the unified filtered operator to experimental phase transition data from Lemmerer (2022), based on calorimetric measurements of layered perovskite-type hybrids. Comparing classical and unified operator analyses, we show that the unified operator robustly detects and isolates physically meaningful phase transitions—such as melting and latent heat events—while suppressing background and noise. This approach is illustrated with experimental energy vs. temperature data, graphical analysis, and literature references. The author acknowledges the use of OpenAI’s language model for assistance in drafting certain sections of this worklDisclaimer on Reference Accuracy:
The author acknowledges the use of OpenAI’s language model for assistance in drafting certain sections of this work. Abstract
